We use paymill and paypal standard as our checkout options. When a user goes through Paymill (default), it takes a while for the site to communicate with their servers, banks etc and to return the verification by visa etc and then for the order to go through. During this time, the checkout page is static – no loading icon on the page and no “loading” of the page – it then just refreshes after 5seconds or so and then compltes the order.

We need this to either grey the screen with a “loading” message, or similar so that users are not tempted to hit back/refresh etc.

Please provide us with the login details to admin panel and FTP.

Do you mean it works with default theme, but it doesn’t appear with our theme, right? Or there is no such functionality by default and you want to implement it?

I don’t believe there is this functionality at all at the moment – but I haven’t tested with default theme..

Hello,

Please check it with default theme. If there is no such function by default, then you need contact a plugin developer. We can help you in case if this function is available by default but doesn’t work with our theme.
