Checkout image problem after update of theme

    Hello!

    After I updated the theme, the images are no longer loaded on the checkout page and after placing the order it is more difficult to get to the thank you page (it takes 2-3 seconds longer).

    Please check and tell me how I can solve it.

    The images initially appear on the checkout page, but after you fill in the delivery data, these images will disappear.

    We can see additional lazy loading from 3rd party plugin https://prnt.sc/XuiTcHOPSFBL Try to disable this plugin and check how it works then.

    Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, but not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.
