I’m not sure where to ask this question, if the problem is linked to the Host? WPML? 8theme? google suggest some stuff …

Problem Description :
People can browse our website, add product to their Cart, but at the cart, we got this message :
Checkout is not available whilst your cart is empty
And the cart is now empty.
Can you help me with this ?

No the problem is only present with the Single Product page see : https://duomo.mystagingwebsite.com/boutique/montres-adulte/montre-gps-dm-19/

Sorry, for the misunderstanding, it is because we were not able to watch the video from you, but now we can see the problem.
Please try to do the next:
– Please check how it works when the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront is activated on the site.
If you get the same behavior, you need to contact WooCommerce plugin support, because the situation is independent of our theme.
– In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing problems.
– Try to activate Always load “wc-cart-fragments” via Theme Options > Speed Optimization. Clear cache and check the result.

We can’t log in now. Have you changed wp-admin access?
Please provide correct access, so we can take a closer look at the situation on your site.
Just switching the theme should not cause mentioned problems, maybe something else was done in process of tests, or there is some kind of caching.
If the problem with PLACE ORDER persists even with the Storefront theme activated, you need to contact WooCommerce support, because the situation is independent of our theme.
