Greetings,
I have an issue with the checkout page.
I add a product to the chart, I pres proceed to the checkout page, and there I can do nothing.
I disabled all the plugins, but nothing. With an other theme, twentyforteen, it works just fine.
The page is http://beindependent.ro
Thank you, Sorin

Greetings,
There have been more than 24H since I submited the info you requested me and I still haven’t got any responses. What is going on?

Hello. I have the same problem. Please fix it.
(But the theme is good job! :))
Thank You!
Daniel
Hello, @leidgebdani
It’s related to version PHP that you use.
Open /xstore/woocommerce/checkout/form-billing.php file find line 49
<?php if ( ! empty( $checkout->get_checkout_fields( 'account' ) ) ) : ?>
and replace by the following
<?php if ( $checkout->get_checkout_fields( 'account' ) ) : ?>
Also, it will be changed in next theme update.
Regards
If I may ask, what was causing problems, so I know if the problem occurs again.
Hello,
Compare 2 lines of code from my previous answer and you’ll understand if you have PHP skills.
Regards
Update: I fixed the problem by deleting the old child theme and generating a new one from the wizard. Not sure is the best option, though
Update: aparently the buttons works, but they are not updated on the screen. If I press f5, I can see that I added the product in the cart and the sub-total changes.
Update: Everything works normally with the Storefront theme.
Update: even on the administration screen I have a lot of pages that are freezing, instead of loading the requested page I have a blank screen.
Greetings,
Now I have an other problem. Chart is not updating, when I press “add to chart” nothing happens, when I try to finalize an order the order gets through but I remain on a blank page and I am not redirected to the “thank you for your order screen”.
Your sincerely, Sorin
OK, my cart is not update again. I add things in my cart and the bage doesn’t update. Same when I try to modify the quantity of the products.
Hello,
I have checked your site and see that cart does not work ok even with default theme http://prntscr.com/ew259g and we can’t remove the product from the cart on the cart page. Seems one of your additional plugins makes the problem. Please, disable all the plugins that did not come with our theme and check. Enable them one by one to find out which one causes issue.
Regards
HI our site have the same issue checkout not working at all please help to correct
Greetings,

Your sincerely, Sorin

Hello,
The checkout is not working correctly. There are items in the cart and in the checkout page we didn’t add and we can’t clear them. We’ve tried clearing browsing cache and using different computers.
I’ve shared screenshots and login details.
Hello,
Do you have the mentioned issue when the Storefront theme is activated?
Regards
X store is currently active. I’m not sure if I understand your question.
Did you login and see this?
Hello,
With account you provided, we do not see the problem, check screenshots in the Private Content area.
But you contacted us because the problem exists for you even with all cache cleared, and we think that the mentioned problem is independent of our theme. Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme (default WooCommerce theme). If the problem persists even with another theme, this will confirm our theory. Please do the test and let us know.
Regards
Now my site is all messed up and when I try to go back to the child theme everything is incorrect. What’s going on?
I’ve posted the screenshots in the private area.
Please help asap.
Hello,
Go to Appearance > Widgets > check widgets in areas.
