How are you?
I would like to customize a bit the checkout page of woo commerce. I have lots of abandonned cart and I would like to increase the conversion.
How can I do it?

What changes do you want to make on the checkout page? I’ll tell you if that could be done using existing options or you need additional customization service.

Hi Olga,
I would like maybe to add a message on the top or something like that to reassure the customers.
What are the existing options for the checkout? I haven’t found anywhere where to change the checkout.

I don’t have any problem, I just wanted to customise the checkout page. Olga mentioned there are some options already built in the theme. Could you let me know what can be changed and where in the theme?

Hello,

If you want just to add the message before the checkout form you can go to Pages > edit Checkout page and add the content before the checkout shortcode. Some options for the checkout page like returning customer, guest checkout you can enable in WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy. If you want to on/off some fields you can use Checkout manager plugin to do this. If you need anything extra then either look for third-party plugin or order additional customization here.
