Checkout page format is horrible and broken

if you go to the site https://onesocollection.com/cart/ everything looks ok, and you can add to the cart and get ready to checkout, when you click the proceed to checkout option, the page format is messed up

Hello,

There is a fatal error on your checkout page.
Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
