Hi,
I’ve had some complaints from customers when they click on proceed to PayPal button, the page just has a white opacity.
Some customers have closed the page as they think it’s not doing anything.
How can I add the default loader.gif which normally comes with woocommerce themes.
Where is the default css for this please.
Thank you
Any help on this please?

Hello,
Do you mean it keeps loading with white opacity or turns active after some time?
Perhaps memory_limit value should be increased in this case.

Eva Kemp.
Eva,
it just adds white opacity, as far as I can recall it has never called for the loader icon gif
It is confusing for customers as they don’t think it is doing anything when it loads slow sometimes.
The css in the theme must just load opacity.
NOT A MEMORY LIMIT! THEME ISSUE

I AWAIT OLGA’S REPLY….
I have managed to add the loader icon for the checkout which you guys don’t include in the theme (I really don’t know why you wouldn’t include the loader icon)
Having just a white opacity is not a good user experience.
The only problem I have now is, the loader is duplicated twice when clicking on the shipping options in the “Your Order” box?
Seem to be on sub total and total lines, see image below
For the time being I have disabled the loader icon, seems to slow down the checkout when it refreshes.
Hello,
If you check the official WooCommerce theme Storefront you’ll see that there is no any loader there https://gyazo.com/a67173bf233ad59a4b45adb0272b8c6a
This mask is added by WooCommerce scripts and we did not change this default function. If you prefer to customize it you can do it in child theme.
Regards
