Another issue since upgrading to v1.9
On the checkout page. When you select your country and enter an address it does not refresh/update toe show you the shipping costs.
If you then go to Paypal it has included the shipping cost but for whatever reason it will not show it on the checkout page the first time you enter the address.
If you cancel on the Paypal page it takes you back to the checkout page and the shipping then shows. If you then change the destination country on this page then it again does not refresh/update the shipping cost.
In both cases it does not seem to refresh/update the shipping when the destination entered.
Reverting back to the default WP/WC theme the checkout page does refresh as it should in both cases.
Can you please look in to this and fix as soon as possible.

As I see shipping price is shown if ordered products have less than $300. You have set such Minimum Order Amount in Woocommerce > Settings > Shipping tab.
I don’t see any settings concerning shipping cost that depends on country selection.
Could you please clarify how we can replicate the issue?

We have by weight shipping set up by country, it is in Table Rate shipping plugin by WooCommerce. We do as you mention also have a free shipping option. I have disabled the Free Shipping and the problem still exists.
If you add any product and go to check out then change the country the shipping country rate does not change on the checkout screen. However, if you proceed to paypal it has applied the chosen country.
For some reason it does not change on the screen/refresh when you change the country on the checkout page.
Please advise urgently as client getting a little disgruntled with this one.

This all worked before I upgraded the theme to v1.9
Also, if I disable the shipping module, which is also a WooCommerce plugin the problem still exists so it is not related to the shipping module.
Both the cart and checkout pages are the source of most of the other tickets I have raised over the past few weeks so that would suggest that there is some other underlying issue with the theme and these two pages in particular.
I would appreciate if if you could look at this again as all the above seems to me to clearly indicate an issue with the theme, version 1.9, as the problem didn’t exist until I upgrade to 1.9.

Sorry for the long delay with answer.
Please try to delete and reupload woocommerce folder for zipped theme package and test the issue without any 3-d party plugins(only 1 default woocommerce plugin should be enabled)
The path to the mentioned folder is `wp-content/themes/xmarket/woocommerce
