    Hello, Ar777,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Could you please let us know which browser you are using? We do not see any issues in the Chrome browser. Kindly conduct testing using different devices and browsers, and share the results with us.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Dear @Ar777,

We have noticed that your website currently has 40 active plugins.

To help identify the issue, we kindly recommend disabling all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore. You can find the list of included plugins here: (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After disabling these plugins, please clear your browser’s cache and check if the issue persists. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

If the issue continues, we suggest switching to the Parent Theme if you are currently using the Child Theme. Once you have made this change, clear your cache and check again. Additionally, please perform the same test using the default WooCommerce theme, Storefront, as the issue may be related to custom code within the Child Theme.

Please let us know the results so we can further assist you.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team
