Checkout payment issue it just refresh the page not redirect to payment gateway

I have connected the razor pay payment gateway for my website while checkout, when I select the razor pay option and click to place an order it is not redirected to the payment page. it just refreshes the page. Please provide a solution as soon as possible!!!

Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins, and we can not provide support for such plugins. Sometimes, but not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

To assist you effectively, could you kindly provide temporary wp-admin, FTP access, and video of the problem? This will enable us to thoroughly investigate and address your concerns.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
