    I noticed on your demo site that the checkout page incorporates a separate shipping address column. My checkout page does not show that column so I’m wondering if you can assist me in getting it configured properly.

    Please navigate to WooCommerce->Settings->Shipping->Shipping Options->Shipping Calculations->and enable “Enable shipping”.
