Hello,
Im trying to create a theme child for idstore to get through all the updates without messing with my customizations.
Right now I have created the folder and the style.css file but whenever I activate the child theme, the backend theme options disappear and the frontend just goes blank.
Can you give me some advice so I can make it work?

Hello, dabodude,There is no such file in our theme! Anyway contact with us on our support forum and provide admin panel and FTP accesses to your site in Private Content. We’ll check parent theme and help to create child theme.
