Child Theme bad instalation, the website is messy

Hello Support,

I have an issue when installing the Child Theme.
I successfully installed the Child Theme but there are no photos or text on the website. There are no visual elements on the website, just some messy text files thrown everywhere.
I can find all of the Theme photos in the Media section on WordPress, but I don’t know why they aren’t placed on the website like shown in your “Live Preview Demos”.

Hello,

Demo content can be imported incorrectly in case a lot of 3rd party plugins were activated on the site before the import. In this case, provide URL and temporary wp-admin access, we will help you.
It is recommended to run import on a fresh WordPress installation. For this you can use WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch.
Please do the reset and reply with temporarily access here. What demo version do you want to install? Do you prefer Elementor of WPBakery?
