Child Theme Css not working - by Enovate

I have created a child theme of royal store. So that i changed the style wherever needed . But the child css is not working. I saw the source code of the website also but it is not shown there also.
2. The woocommerce plugin needs update can i update the plugin . Working of the theme remains the same or change.

Hello,

1. Do you add custom css code in style.css of your child theme?
2. To proper work of your site with woocommerce 3.1.2v you need update theme to the latest version 3.1 http://prntscr.com/geue38
https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/installation_upgrade
Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
You need to enter your purchase code to activate the theme and skip Setup Wizard.
Before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/royal/ to avoid problems with old files (it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package).
Also, update all required plugins: https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/.
