Child theme issues with product gallery and ajax add to cart

child theme has some issues with product gallery. It does not display at all. Also there is a problem with ajax and add to cart button seems to load for ever . We noticed that when using xstore parent theme none of these happens. the error we get on console is XStoreversion : 8.1.1 child theme version 1.0 xstore core version 4.1.1

Check the code you added in the child theme files. We are not responsible for custom changes that you do in the child theme.

Hello,

In this case, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

In addition to that, when i try to delete products from cart dropdown , the first item is deleted but the next item loads forever and is not deleting. Some js causes this error but i cannot find which. Could we reinstall xstore files again

Do you use any CDN or server cache? Could you, please, temporarily disable them?

we do not run cdn or server cache

Hello,

Don’t enable Disable Theme Swiper Js Library option in Theme Options > Speed optimization. Check your slider now, please.

yes it did the trick . Ty very much . I ll let it as. But how did it cause the conflict ? i mean the issue is not linked with extra code or plugins. it happened after an update in xstore and woocommerce

Hello,

We have that option for those who don’t use sliders for example and would like to disable that to speed up the site speed. Or if the client uses a plugin that already calls Swiper JS Library and doesn’t need an additional call for that.
