Hello there. There are different products under each heading on the home page of my website. In some products “1 or 1.5 portions” button is clicked; some are not clicking?

Example: Products under the heading “Ara Sıcaklar” are clicked; Portions are not clicked on products with the title “Tatlılar”.

In short, some of the products cannot be added to the cart.

He works in other fields. But the problem is only on the home page.

Thanks for the reply.
Try to disable all third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , and check how it works then.
If the problem is independent of plugins, provide temporary FTP access.

Hello,

One product has the default variation in the product settings http://prntscr.com/tx1kid another one – not http://prntscr.com/tx1ky3 So, for the first product variation is highlighted as selected, for other – not http://prntscr.com/tx1ldg

FTP access does not work and we can’t connect to your server to check the issue with the selection of the variation on the home page. Please, check the FTP credentials and provide the correct one.

What you said is true. In some products, the default 1 serving is selected, but the problem is not related to it. I tried all of them.

Try the FTP login again.

Hello,

Our developers need more time to fix the problem. Issue is related to Lazy loading of the Product element. You can either disable it in the element settings till we fix it or change the variation swatches appearance ( Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop elements > Variation swatches > choose the Popup type instead of the Default.
I’ll inform you once we fix the problem to allow using of Default type with the Lazy loading of element. Sorry for this delay.
