    Dear Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I have recently made changes to the product page using the Builder feature on my site. However, despite these adjustments, the changes are not appearing on the product page. Instead, I am seeing a message indicating that there are two themes available to choose from.

Could you please guide me on how to select the appropriate template or resolve this issue? I am unsure where to make this selection or how to ensure my recent changes are applied correctly.

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Hello, @Dede,

Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

1/ Please update the XStore theme version (9.4.0) and XStore core plugin (5.4.0) on your website to their latest version and check again.

Please read our theme documentation here: https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/

    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/

2/ Please set the condition as (products) on a single product template under SIngle product builder via Elementor. Please read our theme documentation here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-single-product-builder-with-elementor/

We hope this helps. Should you require further assistance or have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best Regards,

    Dear Support Team,

I appreciate your assistance, but I must point out that the solution you suggested is exactly what I had already implemented. Unfortunately, it has not resolved the issue. Despite creating my product page using the builder, the settings from the WooCommerce page are still being applied instead of those from the custom page.

Could you please guide me on how to ensure that the theme applies the settings from the product page I created with the builder? I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this matter.

    Thank you.

    Best regards,
    Denis

    Hello, @Dede,

Thank you for your prompt response regarding the issue on your website.

Upon reviewing your site, we have identified that the problem originates from the additional Custom CSS code within your child theme. To diagnose the issue further, we temporarily activated the XStore parent theme on your website and confirmed that the single product layout now appears correctly.

To resolve the issue, we kindly ask you to review and adjust the Custom CSS code in your child theme. You can access and modify this code via the following path: XStore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS.

We hope this information is helpful and leads to a swift resolution of the issue. Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,

Thank you for your response. I am having difficulty understanding if there is no solution to the problem I am facing, which seems to be suggesting that I should deactivate the child theme and use CSS code instead.

Disabling the child theme and reverting to the parent theme causes me to lose all the previous modifications, including the header changes. This workaround does not seem viable.

Could you please clarify if there is an alternative solution that would allow me to retain the modifications made while addressing the issue?

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Best regards,
    Denis
