    Hi,

    Firstly I love the Classico theme – beautiful design!

    I made a comment in Envato last week though about the size of the scripts that come with the bundled plugins. I was subsequently asked to post FTP details here and have done so in the private section.

    Can you take a look as soon as possible as the site is live now and has extremely slow page load times, even for pages with minimal content.

    Hello,

    We can’t connect via FTP getting the errors:
    Error: Connection timed out
    Error: Could not connect to server

    Do you have Firewall on a server or our IP has to be added to white list?

    Can you connect over plain FTP (unencrypted) for this?

    There are the same errors.
    Is there firewall on your server that is blocking our IP?
