    Dear Sir or Madam,

Recently encountered a new problem with the mobile menu on both platforms mobile and desktop (sizing down the browser). I have checked the other custom CSS and it doesn’t seem to solve the problem.

Please let me know if there might be some custom CSS that could solve the problem like with the case when the checkout menu did not respond on the mobile devices. Thank you very much in advance.

    Best regards,
    Alexander Tagiev.

    Hello,

As I see billing fields on Checkout page are clickable on mobile.
    Please clarify your issue.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello Eva,

Sorry I wasn’t clear on my problem. I meant to say that the menu on mobile version on the website is not responding. When you touch or click it, it doesn’t respond, like its not there. Thank you.

    Regards,
    Alexander

    Hello,

Some plugin is causing the issue. Please disable them one by one to find out what is breaking the functionality.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello.

I have the same problem with my classico theme. The icon for the mobil menu is shown, but nothing happens on click (i.e. the mobil menu doesn’t open).

I switched off my additional plugins, but still it does not work. Any suggestions?
    Many thanks,
    Florian
