I added the “active filters” widget to my stores filter sidebar, and when i filter results, there is no “clear filters” or “reset all filters” button, even though i have the option selected under the widget for there to be a reset all filters button.

I am guessing the theme is hiding the button via CSS but i can not find the selectors or class/id for the button since it is hidden.

Can you please tell me how to get this button back onto the widget? I even went through every single Elementor theme on your demo list hoping to find the button on one of them, but every single demo had it hidden. I did find a WPBakery demo with the button but the css class was different for wpbakery.

Nevermind, i was able to solve this issue.

There is a bug in the theme.

When you place the “8theme Active Filters” widget into a sidebar location, the “Clear all filters button” is automatically checked, but the button does NOT show on any page.

In order to get the button to work, you have to uncheck the “Clear all filters button” checkbox and then re-check it. Then the button will appear.

This is clearly a bug in the theme and you should pass this on to your devs and im sure alot of people have not figured out this work around since the checkbox is automatically checked, most people would not think to uncheck and recheck it.

Please describe it in more detail. There is no known bug with the filter.
Do you use the latest version of the theme and Core plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ ? After the update, go to Theme Options > click Publish.

    Regards
