CLOSIBG MY TICKETS 2 times in a row without support is a good way to get a 1 star review in envato

    Stop closibg my tickets without giving support!
    I have paid for support and i want to get it!

    Once again, your documentation doesn’t give any explained feedback on how to edit the pages for the AMP plug-in.
    It also doesn’t give me a résolution to my problem, and you as the autohr of this team are really not being respectfull towards me as your client!

    Please do give support, or im going to give a 1 star review on envato, e-mail their support and have you get contacted by them with this bafoonery.

    Dear,

    first off al my last 2 tickets were closed by 2 of your employees not myself.
    this is so rude to even state.

    im asking for genuine help 2 times in a row and I am getting my tickets closed right after each other after they just send some links to your online documentation that doesn’t offer a clear answer to my problem.

    that’s bs, I’m not playing these games.

    the documentation on the AMP widget is totally not up to date, there are literal 2 images and a few lines of text? what does this help your customers even, honestly?

    Last of all, if I am not getting helped, while paying for support I have the right to post a review about that, there is no rule against that & me stating that suddenly gave a human reaction instead of closing tickets?
    who is manipulating who here?

    dismissing your customers is rude, and also against the Envato rules.
    Been using Envato for years and never had such an unpleasant experience with a theme’s support desk.
    Keepiong in mind that I was/am so excited to use this theme, because this is what I have been looking for for several years now.

    please have a look at my previous ticket and do give me some support on this widget, because I’m totally not getting how to edit the pages for the AMP version.
