Hello,

I noted that after the update to the 6.0 version of the theme, a plugin called CMB2 popped up, without I never installed and activated it.

Is it necessary or can I delete it?

Hello,

6.0 is a major update. Theme Options framework was changed to Redux instead of Option Tree, so you need to install Redux and CMB2 plugins.
