COD option is not working - by harshchudasama

    hey cod option is not working on my site, it’s enabled too.

    add some product in cart from this link

    go to checkout page you ll see.

    please tell me how to fix it.

    now it’s working
    after checking
    Accept COD if the order is virtual option

    why is that? is there some kind of bug? my orders or products are not virtual, all are variable products.

    Hello,

    I checked with an iphone case and I see COD option.
    iphone case is not a virtual product.

    Yes, but now under checkout settings if i dsable the option “accept vod for virtual orders ” it won’t show the cod option.
    That’s the problem

    Hello,

    Please, go to Appearance > Themes > Enable default WooCommerce theme Storefront and check if the same problem appears. Reply back in case you have this issues with our theme only. If you have the same issue even with default theme then contact WooCommerce plugin support.
