Hi ,
The coding for the “new order with attached invoice” email template on Xstore has an error, everytime one of our customers places a new order they get a critical error on the front end which makes this an urgent matter .

Our servers were down yesterday but are up an running today. we are still experiencing the same critical error. However our hosting provider has not gotten back to me as I am struggling to use filezilla , is there an alternative to filezilla that I can use or perhaps some instructions on how to use Filezilla ?

Please temporarily activate this theme via Appearance > Themes.
