Hello,

1. I can’t show the footer -> select the static block for the footer. I go to the widget site -> Footer column 1 -> 8theme static block -> can’t select anything from the “block name”.

2. When i imported the demo “coffee” elementor i got these strange symbols under “about us” -> https://shrani.si/f/i/15/booeZzU/about-us.jpg – i just deleted everything.

3. I can’t seem to find where to edit the map. I went to the contact subpage, tried to insert the map and can’t edit anywhere: https://shrani.si/f/1R/vY/2mGz025F/map.jpg

4. How to set the excerpt lenght of the short description of the products on the shop page? -> https://shrani.si/f/3U/P8/1kyKevZq/lenght.jpg . I quite like this layout and would be nice if the description was in two rows. I went to -> Excerpt length (symbols) but it doesn’t seem to work (title lenght does).

Regarding number 1. Static block still doesn’t show anything, but i could show the footer if i enable it seperatly directly in a page -> Use custom footer for this page/post.

4. I still want to know the fix for this, but i noticed it’s not good on mobile – it shows the product in 1 column – i would like to show the products in 2 columns.

4. I’ve managed to put the products in 2 columns. I want to remove the excerpt so i input:

.products-grid .product-excerpt {
margin-top: 5px;
margin-bottom: 5px;
display: none;
}
Is there a theme option for this?

Yes, please disable the excerpt from the woo-commerce shop>product style>>show excerpt in product content

Hello!

1-Actually you do not see any footer block, because the static block is empty in the widgets, You will have to select a block so it will work, please go to wp-admin>>apperances>>widget

2-I see there are two about us pages and I see both fine. Please let me know if you see the issue again or how to replicate it, it most probably a third-party plugin issue.

3- I see the issue with the map, Can you please make the backup so I can debug the issue and discuss it with my team.

Hello,

I have solved the problem with the footer (widgets). There was an option: Disable accessibility mode in the upper right of the screen – than i could choose the block.

Did you take a look at problem 3.) ?
