Hello,
1/ It is independent of our theme. You can disable some columns via Screen options – https://prnt.sc/2W_NZ3eTsmrS
2/ Please follow this article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/
Also, you can try to activate XSTORE Ajaxify in the settings of elements (page content) https://prnt.sc/EvzLILwXaCKt
Check descriptions of all plugins that are activated on your site and disable plugins you do not really use because every additional plugin slows down the site a bit.
Reduce initial server response time, for this contact your hosting provider.

Hello, @izmirguncel,
1- Your issue is resolved now kindly check back to your site after clearing the browser cache. See the resulting image: https://postimg.cc/9rPb5gQP I just disabled these options to solve your issue: https://postimg.cc/SjC7C1C0
2- I have checked your site speed and here are the results: https://postimg.cc/MnmzBwKc as you can see in the image I underline the things that need to optimize in order to boost your site performance. The thing is our theme is already well-optimized all of our demos content is optimized. But, whenever a customer changes the demo content with his/her content and if the content is not optimized then he/she must need to optimize the content in order to get better performance results. Now, to optimize the site content to speed up the site load time you can use the WP Rocket plugin on your site. It will help you in all the underline things you see in the image. Here is a link of documentation about the WP Rocket and how to use it: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-improve-wp-rocket-settings-with-xstore/
