Hi l downloaded my template but it’s not showing time countdown, l tried to edit with elementor but it’s just looking messed up , l also want to be able to view my site lm working on when lm logged in but now when l say view site it’s showing me the coming soon page. I have inc my temporary login in private content area
Hello, @Patronela,
Let me try to explain it to you, Actually, you have created the Custom page and named it as “Coming Soon“, you have created that page using WP Bakery page builder elements and edited it with the Elementor page builder, so it caused unexpected issues. Like it is now on your site.
That is the reason we always recommended to use the single page builder on a single site to avoid unexpected issues.
Well now, If you edit that page with Elementor page builder you will see the code only and that is the WP Bakery elements code so that page is messed up now. If you want to use the Elementor Page builder then you have to deactivate the WP Bakery page builder and vice versa.
I have added the counter on that page with the Elementor Page builder element and it is working fine now: https://postimg.cc/7JDFdByj

Now I suggest, If you have created your site with the WP Bakery page builder then deactivate the Elementor page builder and delete that coming soon page and create it again with the WP Bakery page builder. Otherwise, both page builders will conflict and cause these types of issues.
l also want to be able to view my site lm working on when lm logged in but now when l say view site it’s showing me the coming soon page
And unfortunately, this is not possible, as you have created the Custom page and set that page as the home page for your site, so there is no such functionality.
Other than that you can use our theme built-in functionality named as the “Maintenance Mode” under Dashboard: https://postimg.cc/JyHtzhBM
Maintenance mode allows you to display a user-friendly notice to your visitors instead of a broken site during website maintenance. Build a cool maintenance page that will be shown to your site visitors. Only registered users with enough rights can see the front end. Switch it off if you want to launch the site back.
You may create the maintenance page from scratch at Dashboard – Pages – Add new. Choose “Maintenance” in the “Template” list of “Page attributes”. Or you can import the page from our demo in XStore Control Panel -> Import demos -> Coming Soon demos.

Thanks for the help lm using elementor to build the site so should l deactivate the other
Hello, @Patronela,
As I explained above, it does not look likes you used the Elementor Page builder to create the Coming Soon page.
As you said:
l tried to edit with elementor but it’s just looking messed up
It means the elements you used to create that page are WP Bakery elements and you are trying to edit those with Elementor.
So as I explained in my previous reply, you have to deactivate the one-page builder and use the other one, and for the pages which will be messed up after deactivating the one-page builder, you have to create those pages again from scratch with another page builder.
