Como puedo sacar el apartado seleccionar opciones en tienda y que productos esten a la misma altura

Buenas tardes queria consultar como sacar ese apartado de “seleccionar opciones” en cada producto en la tienda.

Lo otro es como puedo hacer para que todos los productos queden alineados en la misma linea y no queden chuecos, adjunto ejemplo.
