Como restaurar un archivo .sql en el tema Xstore ?

Debido a una situación con el Backup de WordPress, tuvimos que reinstalar el tema. Tenemos el archivo .sql con el respaldo de la base de datos.

Hay documentación para realizar ésta restauración?
