Compare page – products appear for a second, then disappear

    Hi XStore Support,

    I’m experiencing a problem with the Compare feature.

    When I add products to the comparison list and navigate to the /compare page, the products appear for about one second and then disappear completely. This happens both when I’m logged in and as a guest.

    Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

    Cleared all caches (including browser, theme, and server-side)

    Disabled JS defer and excluded the following scripts:
    et-core-plugin.min.js, et-ajax-handler.min.js, xstore.min.js

    Checked that the compare page contains the [xstore_compare_page] shortcode

    Updated XStore theme, XStore Core, and all plugins

    Tested in incognito mode with no cache and no other plugins active

    Tried both Dynamic and created compare page in Theme Options

    Verified that no JavaScript errors appear in the browser console

    Despite all of this, the compare page still removes all products right after loading. Can you help me identify the issue or provide a fix?

    As part of our standard troubleshooting process, we always recommend that our customers check whether the issue persists with third-party plugins deactivated. However, it seems we missed reminding you of this step.

    To assist you, we manually deactivated the “Cookie-Script.com” plugin that was active on your website, and as a result, the compare page is now displaying correctly. Please note that third-party plugins installed on your website may sometimes cause compatibility issues.

    Additionally, we noticed that this particular plugin is not widely used and has relatively low ratings compared to others. You can review its details here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/cookie-script-com/.

    For a more seamless experience, we recommend using plugins that are fully compatible with our theme. You can find our recommended plugins in the XStore Control Panel under the Plugins section.
