    Hi everyone,

I’m having trouble with the “PDF Invoice” extension that comes with the XStore theme. After updating to the latest WooCommerce version, the extension no longer seems compatible, which is causing some major issues on my site. Additionally, I’m using a high-performance data storage solution, and the extension doesn’t seem optimized for this, making the situation worse.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? Is there a known fix or workaround, or should we expect an update from XStore soon?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello Hakim,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Ensure not to update the WooCommerce plugin before updating the theme in future instances.

“the extension no longer seems compatible, which is causing some major issues on my site” – please provide us with a detailed description, including screenshots and videos, if possible. Additionally, we would appreciate temporary wp-admin and FTP access to your admin panel to better understand the issue.

Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Best Regards,

    Hello 8Theme Support

Thank you for your prompt response.

I am currently facing an issue where the WooCommerce PDF Invoice plugin seems to be incompatible with the “High-Performance Order Storage” feature that is enabled on my site. Due to this incompatibility, I am receiving warnings indicating that the plugin should not be activated, and this is causing significant issues on

I have attached screenshots that illustrate the problem:
