Compatibility / Theme update - by Royalty

Hello,
the latest woocommerce version is out since July 11th. I would like to update woocommerce but I am afraid that its not compatible with Royal 3.0.2.1. Can you please tell be if its compatible or if I have to wait until the next theme update and if I have to wait – when the update will be out?
