So for a few weeks ago I installed the YITH WooCommerce Product Add-ons & Extra Options plugin for a WooCommerce site to add an additional checkbox option to allow customers to opt for a gift box for an additional $3. However, up some reason plugin/theme updates, I found that I was unable to add to my cart. After some tests I found that the XStore theme itself was encountering some form of conflict with the plugin. Is there a way to rollback the theme until a solution is found?
Hello, JAG,
We do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.
Please provide URL of the product where the problem persists. Also, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, and we will check what can be done to help you.
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.
Waiting for your reply.
Kind Regards,
