Conflict in checkout (while choosing parcel locker)

    Hi,
    We identified a problem with the following:
    When we activate shipping option – parcel locker users can’t choose locker on the map.
    When attempting to open a map site is very slow, and crashes.
    We have tried two different plugins for it and with both we encounter the same issue.
    This is very popular shipping option and we need to make it available to stay attractive to our customers.
    Both plugins which we have tried are widely used and should not generate such problems. We had to de-activate plugin.
    Please advice

    Hello,

    Did you try to contact plugin author to get help with their plugins? Because we are not developers of these plugins and can’t speed them up. What error do you get in the server error log when your site crashes? Is the error related to theme files or to mentioned plugin files or to server settings?

    Hi,

    I will activate it again and check for errors. We have tried two different plugins and for both site crashes on mobile when we try to display map with lockers. We checked with plugin author before but they claim that it can be conflict with the theme.

    This are widely used plugins and it is not about speeding them up but making them work in general. Right now site is not functional when parcel lockers enabled. I will come back with more detail

    Hello,

    To fix the error from the error logs edit the xstore/framework/theme-functions.php file and just remove that line https://prnt.sc/1v0zvs8
    We’ll fix this error in the next theme update.

    Did you try the mentioned plugins with the default theme? Do they work ok with the Storefront theme for example?
    Provide us with the screenshot of how it works with the default theme for you. If error appears only when our theme is activated and everything works fine with the default theme then create staging site and provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to staging site where plugin is enabled. We’ll take a closer look.
    But keep in mind that it should work ok with the Storefront theme first. Because if it does not work with the Storefront we can do nothing.
