Conflict with 55 items showing in the car

I can see an issue with 55 items showing in the cart for all new visitors, how can we resolve this?

Ive tried 2 plugins for caching which have led to differing errors

Litespeed and WP Rocket

We suspect that the issue you are currently facing may be a result of a cache problem on your side. We would like to recommend a potential solution for you to consider: kindly disable the “Always Load Wc-Cart-Fragments” option and then proceed to publish it under Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization.
