Conflict with the theme and wpml plugin - by noe_sp

    Hello,

    I have a conflict on the web with the translation mangement plugin and the theme. Before I updated and the site fell, I saw that this plugin was a problem and I left it activated with another theme and it worked. Until I had everything updated and it worked again with the subject. Now I have everything updated and I have tried to install several download plugins like download monitor or download manager and the site goes down. Until I disable the plugin wpml multilingual and wpml translate manager and the xstore core, I go to permanent links and save again and little by little reactive plugins and it works fine. I do not know why this error happens but I need to solve it,

    Hello,

    If site went down it means some fatal error happened. Did you enable WP debug to find out what error you got? Can you provide me server error logs to check and tell me the date when you faced this issue?

    I see that all the plugins are enabled and there is not error on the frontend. Maybe that was PHP memory limit issue.

    If I activate the download plugin falls on the web, as I have said.

    This started to happen when I updated all the plugins and the theme as well and finally I managed to leave everything enabled but I can not connect another plugin.

    This happened this Saturday morning, December 1 and in the afternoon I tried to install the download plugin several times and it fell several times. How do I send the file logs? I do not see an option to attach and the text is very long,

    Hello,

    Provide me temporary FTP access to your site. You can upload file to the any cloud storage and then just share me link to that file.

    Hello,

    You did not send me the error log file. Anyway, I have disabled the XStore theme, disabled XStore core plugin and enabled the Downloads plugin and also got the 500 error. So, I don’t think that our theme is the reason of this issue. Contact plugin author to find out why of moves site down.
