Conflict with Ultimate Member plugin - by Divites

Hi,

I am facing kind of a problem with the mega menu of the theme. When activating the plugin Ultimate Member the complete setting and lay-out of the mega menu disappears.
I have tested everything and deactivated all plugins and figured out it is that specific plugin which casuses the issue with the mega menu.

What happens is that the complete design of the mega menu disappears on the front-end when activating the plugin (I am using als the UM WooCommerce addon). The settings of the mega menu in the backend also disappeared when activating the plugin.

I have asked the developers of the Ultimate Member plugin to advice as well.

Could you please advice how to solve this issue. The UM plugin is one of the beste selling member plugins.

Hello,

User that you provided does not have admin permissions to check the backend setting, enable or disable plugins. Please, change the user permissions to allow us to check the conflict and reply back.

Hi Olga,

Thx for your prompt reply.
It;s correct that you see no direct difference in the front-end. However, the option to enable the mega menu in the back-end does disappear when activating the UM plugin. Please take a look a the appearance -> menu then you will see that you cannot apply the mega menu when the plugin is activated.

I see. You told me in the very first message that frontend styles disappear that’s why I checked the frontend. In case you have the problem in the backend you need to contact plugin author because seems they replace all the other custom fields by their options.
