    Hi there!

I’m continuing to set up the website and have run into some new challenges.

I’m configuring three variable product pages, each featuring the same product, but with a single color and multiple sizes. I’m trying to link these pages together using a color switcher.

    https://wp3.garazastyle.com/product/maxi-dress-indigo-oasis/
    https://wp3.garazastyle.com/product/plus-size-hooded-basic-knitted-dress/

The products are not appearing in the plugin that is supposed to link them together.

    Hi there!

Thank you so much for your instructions, but this function is really quite complex to set up.

Before asking this question, I of course read the documentation, and now I’ve watched your video three times—each time trying to implement the setup or figure out what I might have done wrong.

Here are two products that have been fully configured. I don’t need a full step-by-step explanation—just check and tell me what’s wrong.

Right now, both products appear in the widget settings for linking, but when I try to save the connection by color, the “Color” field in the settings gets erased after the page reloads.

You have a login and password to check the settings.

    Dear @alhamzamedia,

We coulde see you have 18 active plugins in your website.

We kindly recommend disabling all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore. You can find the list of included plugins here: (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). Once you have done this, please clear your browser’s cache and check if the issue persists. It is possible that one of the additional plugins may be causing the problem.

Once you have deactivated the unnecessary plugins, kindly clear your browser’s cache and verify whether the performance issue persists. This step is crucial, as conflicts with third-party plugins can sometimes cause unexpected issues.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team
