Connection for client to their account to follow orders.

Hi,
I have 2 websites where I installed Xstore. I had the choice to add “my account” which I did. Thought I did test and even though I did 2 orders in those shops I cannot see them into “my account”. On 1 shop I can even not connect even with a reset password.
Can you help to know how to have things into my account.

Hello,

My account is a default WooCommerce page. Please check how it works with the Storefront theme activated. If the problem is independent of the theme, contact WC to get assistance.
Let us know the result.
