Hello,
I have been experiencing a regular issue when editing pages. Approximately 30-60 seconds after opening a page’s edit page, a notice appears above the page title which states:
“Connection Lost: Saving has been disabled until you’re reconnected. We’re backing up this post in your browser, just in case.”
When this happens, I am unable to save any changes or update the page until the message disappears.
It is not due to my internet connection as my internet connection is steady & other website load promptly.
Might you be able to shed some light on why this is happening? Please & thank you!
P.s. I believe I have the most current version of the Woopress theme however I am unsure of the version number. I last updated the theme on November 15th
Hello,
Try to make changes according to this instruction:

Hi there,
Could you tell me where to place this code? The instructions do not say.
Thanks!
Hello,
The code should be placed in wp-config.php file in the root of your site via FTP.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
