Console Error of theme - by Eugene Shek - on WordPress WooCommerce support

I found out the error code plugins.mins.js?ver=5.3.2 shows up on all site pages in Google dev tools.
This seems to be the cause of my site delay, up to 20 seconds because of a 404 error on this file. All pages that are slow have this 404 error.

Hello,

Clear your CDN cache, please.
Also, we found that you use the 3 page builders and a lot of third-party plugins. Try to reduce the number of active plugins and page builders because every additional plugin slows down the site speed because calls additional CSS and JS.
