Constant 508 error on WooCommerce with XStore

Good afternoon,

I am experiencing an issue with the XStore theme. I have the latest version installed on my server along with WooCommerce. The store is overloading the server resources every few minutes, resulting in a 508 error. I am unable to identify anything else that I could modify or improve in terms of optimization.

The store does not have a high number of visitors.
Could I kindly ask for your assistance?

2. Have you contacted your hosting provider regarding this issue? If not, please, contact to him.
3. Does the error persist when a default theme is activated on your website? If the issue is still there, it means that it is not related to our theme but the reason is in other sources on your web-site.

At present, we do not observe any noticeable issues or errors on your website, which makes it challenging for us to determine whether the problem is related to our theme, the plugins installed, or possibly your server configurations.

The problem occurs on the homepage, when navigating to subpages, and in the WordPress admin panel. It happens randomly. The hosting administration directed me to the Resource Usage option, and I am attaching one of the reports. It seems that the issue originates from the index.php file on the homepage.

There’s almost nothing on the homepage—just a slider and a few products. I tested removing this section and reducing image sizes, but there was no improvement.

After switching the theme to a standard one (GeneratePress), the hosting panel no longer displays resource overuse, and the site runs more smoothly.

Upon reviewing the resource overuse statistics, it turned out that the sudden spikes began on July 30th (around 10 days after purchasing the theme). We had just finished a sales campaign, and I don’t recall making any changes to the site.

As for plugins, I have only left the standard ones active and have no option to disable any more.

Thank you for providing the necessary details regarding the issue you encountered. Upon review, we were unable to replicate the problem you described, and we found that your website is loading smoothly without any apparent issues.

It is possible that the issue was related to recent updates of DB from WooCommerce or Elementor. Such updates often run in the background and may require some time to fully complete. We recommend allowing a little more time for these processes to finalize.

Additionally, we generally advise our clients to use the StoreFront theme for testing purposes, as it is the default theme developed by WooCommerce and is optimized for product support. Other default WordPress themes may not fully support product functionalities, which could affect the reliability of testing with products.

Where did you find such information ? How can it be recreated by us ? Did you test with default themes we recommended ? You should know that it is vital to solve the issues accordingly to steps we find correct.
