Constant crashing of WordPress while downloaden demo

Dear support,

We’ve attempted to install the Mobile demo several times using various methods, but unfortunately, it hasn’t been successful. We’ve tried all possible solutions we could think of and found through research, but haven’t come across anyone else experiencing the same issue.

While the theme itself was installed successfully, the demo hasn’t been. I’ve restored the website to its original state, with only the Xstore theme installed.

Could you please look into this issue for us? Additionally, if you manage to resolve it, could you kindly inform us of the problem and its solution? This will help us address similar issues ourselves in the future.

We have identified that the issue you are experiencing is due to an incompatibility between the Subscriptio plugin and the most recent version of WooCommerce. Our team will continue to observe the situation closely. Should the plugin’s author fail to resolve this incompatibility, we will consider removing the Subscriptio plugin from the list of plugins bundled with our theme.
