We can’t open your site – https://prnt.sc/x9f_h0lX6nJg Please check this with your hosting provider.

Additionally, we need FTP access:
– FTP Host
– FTP Username
– FTP Password
– FTP Port

If you need assistance in setting up these credentials, your hosting provider should be able to guide you through the process.

Try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself.
