Hello,
How can I edit the contact form so that I can receive emails from customers??
I did read through that earlier and it wasn’t very helpful. Here’s a screenshot from my “Edit Contact Form’ page.
Can you guide me on where I went wrong?

I did follow those instructions and when I tested the contact form I was prompted with “Thank you for your message. It has been sent.” However I have no new mail in that inbox, so something’s not right.

Did you check the spam folder? Did you try another email?

Yes I checked the spam folder and there’s nothing in there. The email isn’t the issue as I’m able to send and receive from that email. I contacted my mail server and nothing wrong on their end.
Can you please take a look at the screenshot I provided earlier ? I’m sure I didn’t configure it properly but nothing I do seems to be working.

We don’t see the problem with configuration. Could you provide us with Dashabrod access to your site? Did your hosting provider confirm that mail server error log is clear?

I didn’t confirm with the web host (GoDaddy) as the email is setup through Gmail.

We have checked your contact form and we are able to get the message if we use our email http://prntscr.com/pawnru
So, maybe problem is related to your email? Any spam filter or something.

I just used our gmail address instead of your email to test, that’s all. Then I changed email back.
