Hi,

I created a form by using the contact form 7. But it rejects my submission, may I ask how can I fix it?

It says “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”

You just need to fill in the entire form, then press the submit button. Then the notice will pop out.

Hi,

I contacted the support of BlueHost. They helped me out a little bit.

But I can only receive the message now. If you look at the form, there are lot of info that need to be filled, but the email that I received only display a message, that means I cannot receive other info like the gender/hobby of the sender.

May I ask what is going on?\

Hello,

Edit the message that you get from the client http://prntscr.com/ntvrhk and add the shortcodes of the other information that you want to receive, for example http://prntscr.com/ntvsl6
