Contact form does not dispaly security code

for some reason, contact form keeps loosing security code image, it just shows “no image” icon in different browsers.
please help to fix it!

Please provide us with FTP and wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.

Please clear browser cache and check again.

Cleared cache, built new computer, checked on iphone, ipad, android tablet, same result, the “captcha” is not working or displaying correctly. I also completley reset iOS on my ipad and still no. please check again.

looks like it is working now. I had to clear browser data again. but issue seems to be resolved on Iphone and PC.
