Hello,
I am currently using the Royal Theme with WordPress and am having some troubles getting the contact form to work from within the FAQ dropdown text areas. It seem the contact form works in the first FAQ dropdown, but in the subsequent dropdowns, the contact form is not present. I have tried using the same bit of code from the first FAQ dropdown in the following ones just to see if the code from the “Add contact form” button on those following dropdowns was off, but still no luck. This is the page in question: http://thresholdendurance.com/coaches/
You can see the first drop down contains the contact form, but none of the others do. I have tried disabling plugins and the issue still persists, so I’m thinking it must be related to the theme. Any ideas as to what I could do to correct this?
Thanks,
J
Hello,
Are you using any plugin for contact form?
Is it working with default WordPress theme?
Thank you.

No, the only plugin in regards to contact forms is the one that comes with the theme (I think it’s a chat box). I went ahead and disabled that thinking that could be causing the issue and it didn’t solve anything.
The default WP themes don’t have the FAQ dropdown boxes like the Royal theme. However, the contact forms that I already had in my previous default WP theme are still working. In fact, if you look at the page, the first dropdown has the contact form while the others do not.
Hello,
FAQ element is used with VC and Ultimate VC Addons plugins. So it will work with other theme.
If you activate default WordPress theme you’ll see the contact form doesn’t work there too, so the reason isn’t in our theme.
You’re using shortcode for contact form and we don’t provide such shortcode in our theme. I’ve disabled plugins one by one to find out what plugin adds this shortcode and it is “Jetpack by WordPress.com”. Please check yourself.
You have to contact the plugin author concerning this issue or try to use some other plugin for contact form.
Thank you.

Eva Kemp.
