Hi,
I’ve tested our contact form on our “contact us” page several times, and I never receive the email. Please see private below.

I only added my email to be used for contact in the Theme Settings section. I didn’t work on any code.

I have the same problem, I purchased the IDStore theme and the Contact Form is not working also. Could you help us with that? I removed the map from it, that’s the only change I made. Please, let me know if you need the code of something.

We’ve checked contact form and an email is sent without any problems from our side.
The problem may be caused by server configuration/restrictions at your hosting provider.
Please contact them and check server configuration and logs.

Seems the problem is caused by server configuration/restrictions at your hosting provider, because comments approval emails can’t be delivered as well and that is WordPress feature.
Please contact them and check server configuration and logs.

However, this is NOT the problem.
When I went to my comments I was able to approve your test and my own comments … please see them below:

Also, I was able to send a message using the chat console … this works properly.
I have built, tested, then transferred several sites on my server and have never had an issue with the configuration/restrictions at my hosting provider.
This is an apparent issue with this particular plugin and your theme design. That is why @maryanna.sg, @nearhoff, and a host of others on the comments sections of the envatomarket have complained of the same issue.
I could download another contact plugin but I would rather use the one that is currently on my site as it fits well with your theme.
Do you have intentions of investigating this issue further?!?

hi…i’ve got your blanco theme. Sadly for me..the contact form seems to have problems of sending the emails…i can’t receive them. Can you help me with this issue?

Hi Eva,
In response to your last comment to me, I went to our hosting provider and had them check the settings. They changed a setting that is common for this issue that you suggested and it still did not work. They also did a php test on the site to make sure that is working…and it worked. They suggested I ask you to take a look at it again as I am still not receiving any emails from the contact form on our site. Please let me know as soon as you can when this can be addressed.

According to your settings http://gyazo.com/1382216767743883f7afec207ed7f072 you should receive a notification at your email address when someone posts a comment. As we can see such email can’t be delivered as well.
You can install additional plugin Contact Form 7 and check if emails are received if you create contact form with this plugin.

Is anyone going to answer my issue??
apparently their answer is to install another plugin and use their contact form instead of the one included with the theme.. if this was going to be the answer, you mind as well have never included a contact form with the theme. i have the same issue as well and will be changing to contact form 7, which has no problems sending emails
