CONTACT FORM NOT WORKING - by fatmaz - on WordPress WooCommerce support

if i remove CONTACT FORM shortcode my whole page works fine.
and if i add back contact form shortcode as mentioned in documentation it give this error.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function imagecreatetruecolor() in
/framework/inc/really-simple-captcha/really-simple-captcha.php on line 111

how can i fix and make the page working?

Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

i install version 2 theme as well but this not help me on this server seems like something wrong with server as same stuff working fine on other server.

@Eva i freshly install wordpress to test with v2.1 and latest version of plugin visual composer and rev slider as well.
but contact form and gallery on pages still not working properly.

contact form giving FATAL error.
When i set custom size 500*500 to Gallery than gallery not work and if i set full size image than it works.

Hello,

Your FTP credentials are incorrect. Please check them.
Also I’ve checked the issue with gallery images and the same problem persists with default WordPress theme too, so you have to ask plugin authors http://codecanyon.net/item/visual-composer-page-builder-for-wordpress/242431/comments regarding it.

Seems like GD library isn’t installed on your server. Please check it with your hosting provider and ask them to install it.

2- have u looked contact form page not work?

Hello,

Contact form uses captcha where images are loaded and GD library is required. So ask your hosting provider to install it.

Please specify what license you mean and what issues you have with it.

i mean like we can activate woocommerce products ( woocommerce plugin available at woothemes.com ) so whenever updates come wordpress ask me to update i dont have to see manually.

Is there a way to activate ROYAL theme in same way by providing LICENSE key

Hi Eva,

I am having similar problem. If I remove contact form from the page, everything works fine. If i include it, i get a blank page: https://lococoandkubpart.com/?p=20491 with error:
